Technology Services and Solutions (TSS)

The TSS Department offers a wide array of services to the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ campus. Whether you need advice on existing or new technology, we are here to help. From purchasing new technology for your office or classroom to repair and maintenance of existing technology, we are here to service your Technology Needs! For your convenience, we offer three methods of requesting assistance or reporting issues. Select the method that is most convenient to you.

You can report issues or request assistance by:

  1. Calling the campus TSS Help Desk at 14IT (1448) from any on-campus phone (including those located in classrooms)
  2. Stop by the TSS Help Desk Office in the Computer Science Building.
  3. Use the system from anywhere that you have an internet-connected device.
  4. Click on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Support desktop icon, during normal operating hours, to get live tech support from a member of the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ ICT team (for institution-owned devices).

The TSS Help Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Voicemails to the TSS Help Desk and work orders submitted after hours are addressed the next business day.

Need an TSS specialist?

Not every technological issue can be fixed over the phone. Submit a work order for problems that require a hands-on ICT specialist.
