Dual Credit Program

Get a jumpstart on your college education! The Dual Credit Program at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ provides high school students with the opportunity to earn college credit while still enrolled in high school. These credits could count for both a college degree/certificate and high school requirements. Students can take college-level courses at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ campus, online, or at their high school campus (course offerings may vary based on high school). Meet with your high school counselor today for more information.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's Dual Credit Program, you must:

  • high school junior or senior with a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA.  Sophomores and students with lower GPAs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • be enrolled in Artesia, Carlsbad, Loving, and Jefferson Montessori Schools.
  • maintain a high school GPA of at least 2.0.
  • maintain an average of at least 2.0 in your dual credit courses.
  • must have permission from both parents/guardians and high school.

Financial Aid

Financial aid and/or scholarships are not available to dual credit students.
